Traditional Java Fried Chicken Dish

For common people in Java they already know well about this food, this food just like other local food where many housewives in Java can still cooking this dish. In this dish chicken being fried with some local spices and there are no “crisp-creep thing” in this fried chicken. It just likes plain chicken that being fried, but the chicken meat that being used is not regular chicken meat. It’s a local chicken called java chicken, this chicken usually not being cage in some livestock industries. But instead of it, its life freely in local resident area (If you visiting villages area on Java you will often meet with this kind of chicken live freely in house yard of the villager). But the important thing that make this food are completely delicious is a traditional sauce and some sliced local vegetable (usually called by “Lalap”). So basically it’s a plain spiced fried chicken with some “Lalap” and served with a plate of rice. Simple, eh?

Note : I'm sorry I already have take a little part of the chicken meat before I took the picture, I hope you don't mind it. (coz due to hungry dapit myself can't wait a little longer to try this dish... XD)
